This policy is needed by organizations who engage in various activities and contract works to provide cover for loss or damage by fire, lighting, flood, impact and other perils relating to:

Liability to third parties in respect of accidental bodily injury, death and property damage.
Contract works and temporary buildings on site including materials brought on site for the performance of the contract anywhere in Nigeria.
Constructional plant, tools and equipment on site for the performance of the contract.
Employees personal effect.
Loss of amenities, as a result of obstruction to third parties trespass or nuisance
Denial of access, interference with light, air, water way and any other form of third party liabilities.
